Lisa Procter's Profile

About

Having lived two years in London, it was time for Lisa Procter to return stateside with her British husband. As she prepared to leave she was struck by how much she was going to miss the city and the culture. London is magical, but it was not the history or the energy of the city that left it's mark, rather it was the ability of the English to slow down and savor the small things: Spring daffodils in St.James Park, sunday picnics with friends, funny hats and crackers at Christmas time... and of course dessert, or as the English call it – pudding!

Queen of Puddings is an LLC insured business and we do our baking in a state inspected kitchen. All of our products are hand-made and hand-packaged by us in Charlottesville, VA. All mixes and baked goods are made to order. We use 100% recycled kraft boxes and FDA approved cello bags.
