About

Erla, Hi.
I am Rasmus, a guy from northern Germany, who escaped the dreadful weather of our beautiful -but harsh- north country, to live in the south east of England, to enjoy the autum of my life in some milder breezes. Having been raised in the place from where the Angles, Saxons and Danes once settled Engolande, 1500 years ago, I always felt strongly connected to the spirit of the "Vikings" and the knowledge of Asatru.
After a spiritual journey through nativ american wisdom and himalayan, indian, tantric shaiva (Shiva-Rudra), my path on the medicine wheel leads me back to my nordic roots.
Therefore, I love artistic expressions of the pre-judeo-christian cultures, that in my experience are all connected. There is the great, but by the christians demonised, Loki, who first creates chaos by mischief and then restores order again. There are the native american…

About

There are the native american Raven and Coyote, who are tricksters in such the same way. And there is Shiva, the Lord of creation and destruction, who teaches us the laws of the polarities: That there is no good and bad, as the misguided judeo-christians think, but that creation and destruction, day and night, life and death are all one... They are just polarities of the same thing... The manifested and unmanifested powers of eternity!
All this is still burried in the minds of "modern people" and the wish to express these deep emotions can clearly be seen here on Etsy.
Weseth ge hale gehwa... May you all be well.
