As a member of the Artisan Bakers Association, I specialize in gluten free baked products. My aim is to make excellent food that is a pleasure to eat, and is free from gluten.
Long before I was born my Mum discovered that my Dad couldn't boil water with out burning it! She decided that each of their children would learn how to cook and take good care of themselves. When I was young I presented a different challenge to Mum: I wanted to experiment and work out new recipes - often with dreadful results!
Now, I am married to Jen and we have 3 wonderful children. I started developing gluten free recipes when members of our family, including me, became gluten intolerant. My passion is to develop recipes for gluten free food that anyone would be happy to eat and to share with family and friends…
