In each of the features in Reverie, Mary & Kate hope to spread their love of wedding design and ideas to brides on both sides of the pond, sharing images and stories of real weddings and inspired products that are accessible all over the world. A transatlantic spirit is at the heart of Reverie – while Kate is British born & bred (with the cutest British accent) she's left her heart in California and frequently returns to find it. Kate splits her time between London and Devon, the southern coast of England where she grew up. She loves great typography, afternoon high tea, Downton Abbey, Tom Ford makeup and delectable foodie blogs. Mary is an American expat (with an accent that is very much American) living in Primrose Hill, a neighborhood in northwest London, with her husband, an American with a very British-sounding name, and their cat Howard Raingold and their dog Samson. She loves historical novels, Star Wars, film photography, immaculate place settings and blogging about her dog.
