I've always loved old dishes....even those that are not perfect. ESPECIALLY those that aren't perfect. A few years ago, I started making mosaics from the chipped and cracked things I had found stocking my other shop TheClassicButterfly.etsy.com. I practiced for a long time realizing I had opened a door to a whole new realm as a maker and creator. Now I'm ready to show the world the creativity that's been inside me for as long as I can remember.

Making mosaics is NOT a way for me to make a quick and easy buck. I can think of a hundred easier, cleaner, less complicated products. But, making mosaics is redemptive, spiritual, therapeutic. I rarely make the same design twice. I rarely make the same design twice. I've been selling my mosaics locally in NWA at The Heartwood Gallery in Fayetteville and and the local craft shows for several years now. I'm glad to share what I have made with you wherever you are in the world.
