About

Hello everyone! I'm a wife, mother and major doll collector and just love creating unique, decorative felt flapper style hats for all my dolls and sharing my collection with other fellow collectors. I've been a doll collector for as long as I can remember and don't ever see that changing anytime soon! Before I got married, my husband was told from a friend of ours that there will probably be a doll in every corner of the house and of course, he was absolutely right! I collect many kinds of dolls such as antique boudoir dolls from the twenties and thirties, pin cushion half-dolls, Madame Alexander, Tonner and some from Barbie but my most favorite dolls of all are resin ball jointed dolls, most especially from Volks, Peaks Woods, Dollstown, Doll In Mind and many more!

I started creating flapper style hats out of felt after really wanting a unique hat to finish off a twenties look that I had for my doll and later found that I really enjoyed making these sweet doll hats for all my girls. After selling hats for over a year on Den of Angels, I was told I should open up my own etsy shop as I have other fun crafty items such as headbands, collage plates and more that I love to create as well. I'm very happy to have opened up shop here so I now have another great outlet to display my creative side.

I had the wonderful opportunity to be interviewed about my hats in the Fashion Doll Review eZine so please take a look:)

Also, I was interviewed at the marvelous BJD Magazine E-Zine site, www.bjdmagazine.com here:
