It seems I've always been crafting and sewing. I learned to sew at age nine on an old Singer treadle sewing machine. I now own a Bernina Ellissimo embroidery machine and hope to start sewing and embroidering items for my Etsy shop in 2014. Right now my focus is on sterling silver chainmaille jewelry, with a side of decorating wreaths. I love to go "over the top" with an offbeat theme (and sometimes more traditional ones) to reflect my artistic bent as well as supplies on hand! I also love to make jewelry. More recently (over the last six or seven years) my focus has been on chain maille jewelry, but I also like to work with sparkly Swarovski crystals, so I've got a lot of bracelets listed too. Over the years, I've tried a lot of different crafts - from macrame to stained glass to embroidery and jewelry.
