About

I have always loved jewellery, and several years ago I started making my own. Career wise though, I am a social worker/family counselor by day and sometimes night, and a jewelry maker on the weekends. Though jewelry making is just a hobby, I've always dreamed of having an online store of my very own. Now thanks to Etsy, here it is - "amias", meaning beautiful in Tatogan (The language of the Tatoga Tribe of Tanzania, east-Africa where my family was born and raised).

I hope this store will be host to more than just the jewelry I love to make, as I also have a passion for scrap booking and travel. I hope to share with you some sparkle, travel photos and greeting cards! Enjoy Amias!
