Sally Veigel's Profile

About

I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1979. From there, I started out as a scientific illustrator, but switched to a professional career in fine arts about 25 years ago. Since then I have been exhibiting and selling my art at galleries throughout the United States, and also have participated in many shows at museums and art centers. I have had the good fortune to have sold hundreds of paintings and am in several corporate collections. Most of my career has been spent doing very detailed still lifes and florals, but lately I've been drawn to interpreting my experiences of the land, water, and nature in a more painterly fashion.
