In some form or another, creating has been an integral part of my life for many years. I began making pots and tiles over twenty years ago at the wonderful Ann Arbor Art Association (Ann Arbor, MI - my hometown) - took a class during my year off from college, and found myself in their studios ALL THE TIME. That was the beginning of my love for clay. I eventually found myself at the Museum School of Fine Arts (Boston, MA), where I was able to hone my pottery/tile making skills.
My love for jewelry began much earlier - beading, "friendship" bracelets with embroidery thread, and base metal stuff. As my back and hands started rebelling from the rigors of working with clay, I renewed my love for jewelry and found a creative outlet designing organic, boho style jewelry.
