Several years ago, a well-known psychic told me that I had hand-crafted jewelry in several former lives, once in ancient Egypt and once as a Romanian gypsy. He said that I was born into this life already knowing how to make jewelry.

Several years ago, a well-known psychic told me that I had hand-crafted jewelry in several former lives, once in ancient Egypt and once as a Romanian gypsy. He said that I was born into this life already knowing how to make jewelry.

Is it true? Who can say, all I know is that I have a passion for designing and making jewelry that surprises even me sometimes.

I'm drawn to dark humor and often find myself incorporating this aspect into my work. Whenever possible, I like to incorporate found or vintage items into my design.

Sometimes my work is dark, sometimes it's romantic, and sometimes it is just a little silly. I like to think of my jewelry as small, wearable pieces of art. I hope you do too.

Many of my items are made with brass stampings, both plated and raw. Along with new components, I collect vintage stampings and other jewelry components whenever possible. Altogether I've purchased well over 100 pounds of 30 - 75 year old pieces which allows me to incorporate more unusual designs in my work.

I manipulate many of the components by reshaping or combining pieces, adding patinas and colors, and drilling new holes for chains or connectors.

My shop banner was taken from a portrait painted of me by Mark A. Clements, an artist and author of several horror novels.
