About

I am a Stay-at-Home Mom of 3 who finds time to create and sew in the occasional quiet moment. I guess now I am a Work At Home Mom, still finding it difficult to strike a balance between "working" and "stay-at-home" work.

Many of my products are made partly or entirely from recycled or re-used materials; and my hope is to eventually create a complete line from recycled, upcycled, repurposed items that are functional and artistic. I love the challenge of creating sassy wares out of cast-offs, trying to reuse fabrics, notions, and other textiles.

When I am not nursing a toddler, playing with a pre-schooler, or helping my first-grader with homework, I love to spend time with my husband, cook, read(something not from the children's section...), and someday I would love to go away on an overnight with my husband...someday…

All items are made in a pet-free (well, we have a goldfish) and smoke-free studio.

When you order one of my creations, it will ship within a week, through the United States Postal Service, priority mail, with insurance and delivery confirmation included. My experience with the USPS in delivery of packages has generally been very good, but there is always the exception. I cannot be responsible for lost packages and that must be addressed with the USPS. In the event that your order arrives damaged (again, unlikely, but alas...), please contact me immediately. I will request that you return the item to me and I will do my best to replace the item or refund the amount paid.

And finally, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days of receipt of the item and I will do my best to correct the situation. And if you love, love, love your purchase, tell a friend, or two, or three.....
