Sarah Veak, maker and owner of Veak Ceramics, began making pots in 2010 while living in upstate NY where she apprenticed with a wood fire potter. She then became a studio assistant for a production potter in the area while working on her own line of ceramics. Since leaving the apprenticeship, she has worked in various studios across the country, and in 2014 settled in Denver, Colorado.

Veak Ceramics is a collection of functional ware influenced by modern mid-century design, infused with a rustic handmade appeal. Veak Ceramics desires its products to foster a gathering of community and the human connection of both nourishment and beauty.
