About

I've always appreciated nicely designed objects. I like the way something well-made fits our lives, it sticks around, it is easy to be with and keeps giving what it was meant to; or it get's reinterpreted.

I respect bicycles in this way. They provide such a basic need in our lives--mobility--and they can do it so beautifully and so charmingly. I would like to see a world where there were more of us riding them. And I'm convinced that's happening.

Currently, I work freelance in the film industry, camera assisting and operating. I also volunteer at a DIY (DIT is more like it; Do It Together) bike repair shop in West Los Angeles--the Bikerowave. I love my time there along with the community of cyclists who make up our shop and those who visit.
