I am a married mom of 2 daughters and 2 grand daughters. I have been creating all my life and when I first joined Etsy it was under our Melt and Pour Soap name Sassy Soaps N Such. My daughter Kassy who soaped with me is now a Costomologist so we are not soaping any more. I decided to open a new Etsy shoppe for my doll and pattern line Shweet Potato Dolls N Patterns, So you can find me a whole lot easier. Here in Shweet Potato Dolls, you will find my dolls, ornies (ornaments) and patterns that I create with help from my oldest daughter Keelee. Keelee also creates beautiful handmade Rosaries, which she has blessed at our church.

Just so you know a little bit about me...I am a self taught sewer. I work mainly in the primitive area but don't paint me in that little box cause I like to throw in country, shabby chic, vintage as well as Gothic and I have recently begun exploring steam punk. So you can tell I like to dabble in lots of areas. My daughters tell me I have crafters ADD. Yes, I guess I do. I lost most of my hearing by the age of 30 and the ability to sit for long periods by the age of 40. So now I use what times I can create to make my dolls and creations for my family, friends and of course you.

Creating things is a way of staying connected to the world even though I am not able to get out and about like I would like too. I can explore via my computer, books and even the tv and then use that to make my dolls and ornies. I hope you like what you see here and maybe will come back by for a visit now and again.

In 2007 I became a grandma for the first time and just recently I was blessed with the birth of my second grand daughter. Perfect a match set of girls from my match set of girls. Lots of new Raggedy Annie ideas floating around in the nogging now! If you have ideas of suggestions just convo them. I am always open to custom orders. Please keep in mind I do take a little longer than I use too but The dolls are still beautifully SHWEET.

In 2015 one of my grand daughters & her mom came to live with me. I begin to teach Zoebug to sew at the age of 4 as a type of therapy. She took to it like a Duck to water and we decided to open up a little shop here on Etsy with our creations we create together called ZoesZooNZombies.
