I'm a former editor at Metropolitan Home. I've loved well-designed objects all my life, and am particularly drawn to things that can fit in any decor: modern, traditional, eclectic. I think every home needs a bit of metal in the form of brass, silver, copper, and gold. Some of my accessories have been polished to their original shine. Others I've left the patina as is because it's particularly gorgeous. I also think any home needs a few pieces of blue and white for crispness, some crystal for a little sparkle, and wood for warmth.
I'm originally from Texas, but I lived in New York for five years working in shelter magazines.
