mary-anne smith's Profile

About

I have been working with fibre since I taught myself to knit many years ago, and now focus on dyeing raw fibre from sheep, goats, alpaca and anything else that I can find from a 4-legged animal, not excluding silkworms. I love producing new and different colourways, and can attest to the fun involved when spinning my dyed fibres into gorgeous yarns. I have also combined my love of beading with my handspun yarns, producing one-of-a-kind embellished skeins. My business name is Smith and Ewe.
