I grew up in a family greenhouse and floral design business when Cleveland, Ohio was once known as the Greenhouse Capital of the World. This is where I found the love of horticulture. I went to Ohio State University for Nursery and Landscape Management and started a freelance design service. Sitting behind a desk was not for me so I started an herb and lavender farm. It has been a challenge with the weather the last few years with the herbs, so I decide to concentrate on cold hardy succulents providing wedding favors, vertical wall art, dish gardens and over 120 varieties Sempervivums and Sedum. My husband makes all the wood items, I thought he needed a hobby.
When I am not in the greenhouse I am spending time in my home studio creating special keepsakes items for www.TheBluePrint.etsy.com.
Thank you for supporting an American family farm
