Susan Peck's Profile

About

Susan is originally from California, where she grew up along with three younger siblings. Among the four of us, we spent hours playing, designing, and creating, whether enjoying making up games, dancing, or developing neighborhood business adventures including the "penny-a-weed" project, where we would knock on doors and ask if they needed help weeding and a lunchtime cafe where we stragetically aligned ourselves outside of office plazas at lunch hour selling homemade brownies, cookies, and lemonade.

Susan has a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Mechanical Engineering. She worked as an engineer in Boston before deciding she wanted to spend more time with hands on projects and less time in front of a computer! Moving back to California to be able to spend more time with her family helped prompt the move. She now wants to get a teaching credential to teach math in public high schools.
