I'm a glass artist/toy designer living in the Phoenix area. In 1995 I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in design at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign . After working many years in the design industry I grew tired of working in the digital medium. I also wanted to work with my hands. One day I saw a show on glassblowing andgothooked on glass. I taught myself how to make glass beads and marbles (I love marbles!) and absolutely loved it. I would rush home after work to make marbles (yes, I know I'm a geek!). I sent a friend a few glass buttons I made and she suggested I start selling my glass pieces. And that's how my little business started. Hope you enjoy looking at my work!My jewelry has been featured in:Indie CraftsCuteableKyesiIndie CraftersCrafty PodScoutie GirlMiss MalapropMixed PlateArt of the StealChronic BabeWickedly ChicIndie DinerMiss Evil KittyIndie FixxAsian BuzzBlooming LilyA Girl Must ShopI Buy DIYRare Bird FindsFunky FindsModishAwful CufflinksJewelry MakingInterview with The SamplerOh My That's AwesomeIndie QuarterIndie FindsIndie FriendlyMy recycled sweater toy shop:sighfoo.etsy.com
