I love to sculpt and my favorite mediums are clay, metal, and stones. I like to accent pieces with stones and my favorite way to present metal pieces is to combine different colored metals. My formal training is in the Social Sciences. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with Minors in Social Work, Psychology, Anthropology, and Human Development & Family Studies. I have studied metalsmithing privately with Jewelry Designer Nancie Roark, who currently teaches privately at her home studio in Franklin, Tennessee, and at The Vanderbilt University Sarratt Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
