Woodblock printing is an ancient art that can be traced back thousands of years. Historically it has always been an art form for the common folk because they were affordable. I think this is still the case and I like that. I consider our family common folk as we live entirely off what art we sell except for the occasional very part time job. We live simply and appreciate every piece of art that finds a new home through this Etsy shop.
