I always loved to draw and paint. I began my interest in art during my early years in grade school designing decorative items for fellow classmates. I went on to study art & design while in San Francisco and New York at San Francisco School of Art, Parsons, School of Visual Arts and Fashion Institute. I have been showing my whimsical wearable art at juried Art & Craft shows throughout the country and selling in gallery shops, craft stores and specialty boutiques. I have been requested to design for the Grateful Dead as well as many others. I pride myself in using the finest natural, untreated fabrics & eco-friendly dyes. All my clothing items are designed for comfort and wearability, many are handed down from baby to baby, several customers have even told me that they have had my pieces framed or kept in their keepsake box. My whimsical designs are painted in a rainbow of brilliant color in each creation, using eco-friendly dyes, safe for babies and the environment. Each piece is hand painted by me depicting nature in its native environment & wonder. I live and work in the East Village of New York City.
