About

Welcome. I am thrilled you have visited my shop.

Life is about the journey. Boy is mine! As you know we rarely appreciate the good until its gone. My journey introduced me to my three wonderful boys. They are true miracles of life and spirit that, even though my marriage did not work out, I can thank their father for helping me gift the world with these great young men. Here is where the journey gets rough. On December 31, 2009, my eldest son passed on due to an aneurysm. Obviously, I was unprepared. Once I was able, I returned to my job, picked up another job and in a sense, buried myself, too.

About

While raising my sons I had to be industrial in making our home warm and inviting. I found up-scaling and recycling economical finds to be my talent. But, for over two years I couldn't finish anything I started. Then as his 27th birthday approached, I quit one job with no plan. I just couldn't do it any longer. The other is short term as well. For some reason I am not scared. Concerned yes. But feeling rebirthed in a sense.

I have enjoy giving the old new life, bringing out the personality of the piece. Up cycling, recycling, re-defining. I let each piece define its own personality. So, you will find each one of a kind and full of character.

Part of my shop is to be there for others. To remind you that you are not alone. The grieving process is never over. It just evolves. Your loved one is there and wants you to believe, remember, and breathe. I hand paint and letter each of my signs. They are always a little imperfect. But so am I. The good news is that makes it easy for you to express yourself. Even, to laugh. So, if there is anything you want custom-made please share with me your thoughts.

Thank you for visiting.
