With a long time career as a graphic designer, I started moonlighting as a jewelry designer, inspired by semi precious stones and metal.
The inspiration from the stones comes from the energy they emanate and their color, shape, cut and spark. I often refer to the metaphysical properties of the stones as well because each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind.
I have designed and created custom pieces for weddings, anniversaries and birthdays. I got started making 50th birthday necklaces for friends and family, marking the milestones with just the right gem stones. One of my favorite projects was two necklaces designed on separate occasions for the matriarchs of a dear family. Each stone and pearl representing children, grandchildren and the matriarch at the center. Each piece elegant and unique to each family; becoming true treasures.
