About

When I grow up I want to be a cowgirl. I wrote that when I was in grade school and some things never do change! I live in the country now with my lovely horses as well as a fun assortment of other critters who keep me company.

I have loved art as long as I have loved horses. Now I love to share paintings of my horses and paintings of some of the other critters that wander through my life.

My artwork has always been inspired by the beauty of God’s creation and by memories from my past. I remember being surrounded by family treasures as a child like the brass bell that has been rung by chubby little fingers since the 1920’s. The present is filled with chubby fingers, too, since my daughter and son-in-law have three lovely girls - two were born into this family and the youngest was recently adopted from Ethiopia.

The best part of the tapestry of my life; however, is the love that my Lord Jesus Christ has for me. Both the saving grace that He has shown me by His death on the cross and His constant presence in my life have proven over and over that He is indeed Who He says He is.

May all your days be filled with wonderful moments that become beautiful memories!
God bless,
Kathleen

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians 4:8
