Sandra Tatsuko Kadowaki's Profile

About

I am a kinda, sorta part-time, and mostly self-taught artisan, and love experimenting with different materials, colours and textures in my jewellery and greeting cards. Being a born and bred Montrealer, my creations are my way to express a heart-felt connection to my Japanese heritage.

I’ve got the wonderful support of my husband, family and friends, along with the two best cats in the world, Chibi and Ebi, who let me scritchy scratch them anytime I feel the urge. My husband and I are also taiko players (Japanese drums – yup, those big ones) and members of Montreal’s Arashi Daiko (www.arashidaiko.org).

My life is good... Je ne peux vraiment pas me plaindre... We try to live each day with intention and appreciation for all that we have...

Feel free to e-mail me any time, at tatsuko.craft@…
