Primarily a self-taught artist, I've been designing and handsewing collectible teddy bears for over 24 years.

Through the years, I learned the “art” of bear making using a variety of fabric mediums and a few store bought patterns. These included mohair, plush, recycled furs from old coats and occasionally recycled blankets and other types of clothing with each one generally being a one-of-a-kind creation including several theme based teddy bears.

I also dabble in the art of watercolor and mixed media:) it's cathartic!

My husband and I enjoy creeping around junk shops, antique malls, yard sales, thrift shops...anywhere we might find a new treasure to add to our ever growing collections of this, that and the other thing! We love kitchenware from the 1950's, vintage Fisher Price Toys, vintage…
