Teresa has worked and volunteered in the non-profit field for over 30 years. She received her degree in Non-Profit Management from Arizona State University.
BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS became an important part of her life in 1991 when she was first hired on. Of the 9 years she worked for them, a majority of her time was spent at the Phoenix agency. While a Case Manager, she was elected to serve as the National Case Manager Chair for the National Professional Association. While that position was the most rewarding for her, she also had the privilege to be a Case Work Director in Phoenix and an Associate Director of Training for the BBBS National Office in Philadelphia
