I live in a small town in southeast Texas with my husband and two dachshunds, Bandit and Chewbacca. Our son is now married and and a soon as he moved out I renovated his room for my 'play' area. My passion has always been sewing. I learned to sew while in junior high...a very long time ago!! I made most of my clothes for many years until I began my family then like most moms I didn't have the time. After my son got a little older I bought my first embroidery machine (about 10 years ago) and was totally addicted. I got back into sewing and my new hobby of machine embroidery. My passion has always been sewing. I learned to sew while in junior high...a very long time ago!! I became unemployed two years ago I took a step back to re-group and find a new direction for my life. My first decision was to improve myself physically so I went on a weight loss and exercise probram and lost 100 pounds. With a lot of prayer and guidance from God I was successful. I decided not to go back to work and give a home business a try. I have 're-discovered' a stay-at-home lifestyle and love it. It has been so wonderful to stay home and do what I love and make money. I do alterations, sewing and embroidery in my studio at home...now I'm ready to open my Etsy store. I'm going to be very diversified in what I sell...everything from cute little onesies to wedding hankies. You never what will show up in my store so check back often to see the newest technique I learned.
Hope your day is blessed.
