Handbags, homewares, baby and children's items

Welcome to my store.

I am a wife, mother of three children, the eldest just started prep this year and I work full time. My husband is the primary carer for our beautiful children as well as studying part time at Uni. Like most families our lives are hectic. I am lucky as I get to sew and create once the kids are in bed, usually to the early hours of the morning.

I love sewing and love making things.

My Nana was very crafty and made many beautiful things for my sister and I when we were younger. At the time whilst I loved the things that she made I did not appreciate the time she had spent on each item and her creativity.

Prior to her death I started to make teddy bears but it was not until after her death that I began to really enjoying sewing. I love to think that she is with me when I start a new project and that it is her that helps in some way when I need a solution when sewing.

I owe it to my Grandmother (my husband's grandmother) who bought me my first sewing machine and helped me on the path I am on now.

Some of my ideas come from my Nana (the coat hangers and lingerie bags) and I have just expanded and built upon these ideas.

I have been attending some markets irregularly to sell my products but very late last year it was suggested that I sell my items on this website.

I look forward in the future to making doily holders (I have one that I inherited from my Great Aunt) and other items which are inspired by things I have either inherited or which were given to me by Nana and Great Aunt.

I also look forward to adding a professional edge to my store and "business" in the next year.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my store.
