After studying and teaching about wine and wine regions for the past few years I've learned a lot about not just wine, but about European culture. What I've learned most and want the share is that life should be lived in the moment. The meal table with great food and wine shared with family and friends is just about the best thing we can do for ourselves. As a toast to Italian tradition I've created a line of wine gelee (jelly) to be enjoyed with cheeses and crackers, breads and as an enhancement to some of your favorite appetizers.
