Roseann and Alexandra Ettinger's Profile

About

Hello everyone! My name is Roseann Ettinger. Some of you may recognize the name as I am the author of 16 books on jewelry, vintage clothing and collectibles, with my "Popular Jewelry" series in print for 15 to 20 plus years.. I have wanted to sell on etsy for some time but with my brick and mortar store "Remember When" that I have been running since 1979, selling on Ebay Power Seller since 1999 and now desiging jewelry with my daughter Amber, and the biggest hurdle was moving 800 miles, I didn't have much time to do it. Luckily, my daughter Alexandra, opened the store for me the end of January 2012 and her and I will be adding listings every chance we get. It seemed only fitting to call the store...the Popular Jewelry...since the name of my first three books had those 3 words in the title! We are also in the process of opening another etsy store called "Remember When Emporium" which will have listings of other treasures aside from jewelry. <http://www.etsy.com/shop/rememberwhenemporium> . For example, vintage clothing, shoes, handbags, hats, neckties, postcards, ephemera, perfume bottles, compacts, cigarette cases and much more..You name it and we probably have it! We also have loads of "Deadstock" items in MINT condition that came out of a dry goods store that I bought out over 25 years ago.
The stores are works in progress and will only get better each day! I have recently moved from the Northeast to the Southeast section of the United States. It was the hardest move of my life, but 5 truck loads later, I'm almost settled and can see light at the end of the tunnel! Now to unpack and find my treasures to list on Etsy!!
