Me: An unemployed professional, that discovered the joy of less is more. An apprentice of human being that adores to craft and hunt for treasures with little or no value to the material world. Is all in the heart.

I studied geology, with the intention to spend time close to nature and the wonders it creates. My close relationship with the outdoors showed me how to survive with less processed goods and to take advantage of what is out there for the taking. I spend a lot of time hiking the UK countryside, taking pictures, collecting rocks, flowers and mushrooms.

I recycle, up cycle, use new things and old things. You have to be sympathetic to little distress here and there, since previously loved materials form part of my craft culture. I like simple but have not much taste for boring. I adore to rummage inside cluttered attics and find scraps of forgotten treasures to use and offer to others.

My good luck had me travelling and settling in different parts of the world. Cultural change is a fantastic inspirational source. Endless possibilities for creating far beyond anyone's imagination. I have met amazing local artisans in each place I have visited, whose pieces I will featured in my store.

For me art is love for beauty, but them again beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So art can be anything that you find pleasing and bring you smiles of simple happiness.

I knit, crochet, saw, design jewelry, alter pieces, improve damage, work with mix media, dwell thrifty shops and like to experiment with all possible materials and techniques. At any given day I can be found sanding cabinets for repainting, making a bridal hair piece or mounting gems in a silver cabochon.

I am presently living in London. Previously in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Central America and USA. My goal is to be able to build an etsy store that displays unique finished pieces and supplies for crafty artisans, so if there are any suggestions for materials I should carry, please let me know.

Thanks for visiting my garden!
