After retiring from a career in contemporary dance in NYC, I moved to Portland, OR to find a life of greater ease. To be in a city but be minutes from nature. To reconnect to myself and become re-inspired. What I found here was an opportunity to learn things new and revisit things once learned. In order to maintain my sanity and career I started to study yoga. And after 10 years of study, I took a leap and began teaching yoga in 2008. I haven't looked back since. It opens my heart.

Looking for the heart in all that I do, I wish to continue the search and the passing on that which leads to a great positive experience. On a practical level, I wanted to create items that made life a little sweeter, easier and more blissful. I also wanted to create items that allowed everyone to move around with more ease. Neck Cowls gave a sense of freedom as the wearer didn't have to consistently adjust and rewrap to keep warm.
