About

My passion for clay began in 1998 when I took my first ceramics class in high school. I began working as a production potter a year later while also studying ceramics at Goshen College. After a few years away from pottery, I am now back in clay.

After spending a number of years teaching in the Chicago area, I have recently returned to home in northern Indiana. Teaching proved to be a highly rewarding experience, but I am happy to be working out our home studio, just a short walk from our house.

While there is a good representation of my current work on my shop, feel free to contact me with any requests for custom items / glazes. I am always happy to tailor a piece specifically to your needs.

Thanks for visiting my shop!
