Tori Adams' Profile

About

I'm addicted to collecting. The hunt is so much fun and researching new finds is my next favorite thing. My main collections are antique glass and mostly German bisque and china dolls.
I cook a lot and love using early 20th century glass & stoneware kitchen items. Vintage brands like Revere Ware and Le Creuset are far more sturdy & functional -- and give better results -- than today's stuff.
When I started doll collecting, I returned to sewing. I hand sew clothes for small dolls, especially frozen Charlottes.
I taught myself to repair kid leather dolls because so many came to me with perfect bisque, but spilling sawdust from cracked and aging kid or cloth.
