About

Needle felting is one of my new passions. My daughter and I took a wet felting class a few years ago and I loved it! I was fascinated to be able to make a pocketbook in one piece! My daughter was not so impressed and really wanted to make cute little animals! We did some research, bought a book and within 5 minutes of it arriving she started to
make her first dog. Because she had worked with clay her whole young life, her first pieces were adorable and she started selling them on etsy with great success! Not to miss out on the fun, I took up needle felting also and decided to concentrate on birds because I have always been interested in them and I could not for the life of me remember what all these birds were! There were too many of them! So guess what? I
can recognize them now and I couldn't be happier. Amazing how clear your memory is after you make 25 of the same bird!…

My daughter is now at Rhode Island School of Design, where my husband and I met and graduated from. I studied graphic design and worked in that field until my children were born. I am fortunate now to be doing what I love: creating art. I create something everyday of the week, everyday of the year. It is what makes me happy.

Please check out one of my other passions at my other etsy shop:

TCMjewelryDesigns.etsy.com.

Besides jewelry, I love to make stained glass mosaics, wire baskets, and moss terrariums.

I am fortunate to sell my work locally throughout Connecticut and the surrounding areas. I do not mass produce any of my work and many of my pieces are one of a kind. If you are in the Connecticut area, my work is also available at the following shops and galleries:

The French Hen, Essex CT (jewelry)
Scensibles, Essex CT (jewelry, mosaics)
Jewelry Cafe, Southbury CT (jewelry)
Lori Warner Gallery, Chester CT (felted birds)

Come visit my beautiful town of Chester Connecticut:

I hope you enjoy my work as much as I enjoy making them. Each piece is made by hand at my home in Chester, Connecticut. If you would like to contact me, email me at tcmdesigns [!at] comcast.net-THANKS
