I am a retired Medial Geriatric Social Worker who spent most of my life working with Seniors with brain illnesses or traumas. I managed living communities for these folks, trained people in the correct way to assist these people in maintaining their dignity and contentment as long as possible. I loved my jobs!

I wrote for newspapers, magazines and journals as well as taught school for awhile! Now I have tried to start up my creative side again! I do some drawing and cartooning as well as painting and redoing furniture. I enjoy all types of crafts! I am extremely tactile and love the textures of wood, clay and various textiles. I love to bake!

This was the first year for my container garden and am simply amazed at how well it produced! With the help of my Etsy friends I have tomatoes, heirloom cucks and green peppers and herbs as well as eatable flowers by the basket fulls! I've actually been able to give produce away, I've had so much! Out of maybe 10 15X15 inch boxes! It's be wonderful!

I am pump, have very long hair, wear glasses and am always amazed and delighted that I wake up everyday!

Sept. 22, 2015 I am adding a bit to let everyone I've worked with and grown close to while rampaging Etsy know just how much I've grown to love you all. The energy, excitement, freshness and joy I've met has given me so much. I never leave Etsy without a smile. Thank YOU each and every artist, creator, dabbler and collector and may you be blessed with great abundance! To all the buyers, think about what you are receiving when your order arrives. Think about the time, effort and heart that went into your item. Encouragement and kindness when negotiating will grow each side!
Again, thank you all for all you do! Oh, and sellers-not every buyer is nuts!!!

For those that are following me, I don't really know what that means entirely, I "favor" the items that appear to me to be exactly what the description says they are. I look for quality for decent prices and unique, interesting pieces that will retain their value and maybe even increase in value. When in"favor" a piece I do so hoping I am giving you my best judgement call on each piece. I also choice items I would purchase if I had the funds!!! Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart!
