I'll be honest. I own three sewing machines, but ironically, I don't machine sew. I call my business uncostumed because I costume in unconventional ways using, yarn, hot glue, paper, metal, tape, computer design, paint, recycled or repurposed items, and whatever I can get my hands on to make movie accurate costumes for themed parties and conventions. And yes, I can even do some wicked hand sewing.

I have a soft spot for props, paper art, and digital mediums. Recently, its led me to focus more on crafts and less on vintage/costumes. I love making things that involve paper and magnets. My next goal is to add cards to my shop, as I have several fun ideas on how to incorporate jewelry into greeting cards for both display and gift giving purposes.

I’ve been passionately working and selling online for many years. Several years aqo I ventured out into the craft fair world, transporting my portable shop to as far away as Seattle with great success and in 2013 I helped open a retail art co-op called Artistic Portland. I am excited to share my skills with others in the world.

Whether you're a customer looking for something unique from a movie you love or an Etsy seller looking for help to make your shop stand out, please don't hesitate to contact me. I always love to help others make their wishes a reality.

Don't dream it, be it! *♥* Alia from uncostumed
