About

Whether you are a doll's house enthusiast or love to collect miniature handmade items, you are sure to find a stunning item you love among my 1:12 scale creations.

This passion began as a child when I saw a huge doll's house (I was 8.... it seemed huge!) in the Kirkgate Victorian Street, in York. Since then, I have an absolute fascination with everything tiny. It was another 20 years before I had my own dolls house and since then it has become my greatest passion! I handmade items in the mid 1990's but as I also had a full time job, I couldn't devote the time needed to create or dress miniature furniture. Things have changed now and I have the time to dress and create wonderful pieces for doll's houses, museums and shops. I sell on one of the popular auction sites. I also have a website and I exhibit at fairs across the country. Most of the items listed are One of a Kind which means I may dress another piece of furniture, but no two will be exactly the same. All the furniture I dress is signed where space permits. I love my completed work and I am sure you will too. I have recently started to design and make my own furniture. When these pieces are used, I have absolute copyright. Where I use acquired furniture I will mention this in my listing so that there is no confusion re the copyright law.

I pay a great deal of attention to detail, and an item must be really good to make it into my own dolls house or shop. Therefore, if it is not good enough for me, then I won't put it up for sale. After 25 years, I have become quite picky about the quality I expect for my money and so should you.

It is no longer possible for me to accept commissions.

Thanks for stopping by and do visit often as I update my Etsy Pages frequently.
