Привет! (it means "hi" in russian)

Hi there! My name is Asya. I'm full-time student and part-time photographer and interior designer from Russia. Now I study Architecture in the University and before this I stydied Interior Design in college. Architecture is all for me - my inspiration, my passion, my everydaylife. It occupies the big half of my life. And the other half is... photography.

I shoot photos for soooo long time that I even don't remember when I start. I just know that one day in my childhood I found old soviet film camera - Lomo Smena 8m. And it was a Big Start. And all the time after that moment I'm breaking between Photo and Architecture.

I live in Russia in beautiful city St Petersburg, hope you know someting about it.) In spite of its constantly terrible weather, grey sky and rains I really love it!. One day you should visit it.)

So, return to the photography.. After my first camera I've changed a lot differents types and models of cameras. I used digital cameras, I used analog cameras and now I decided in favour of film cameras. My favorites are Kiev 6C and, of course, Zenit. I'm dreaming of Hasselblad and I hope one day I'll have it.)
Sometimes, just for fun, I use some Lomo cameras and play with colors and exposure.

Film photography is an amazing process. You never know exectly what you'll get in the end. It's like magic..) Sometimes I'm getting absoulutely unexpected and unique results.

I wish that people who see my photography feel something special and want to have a piece of my world in their own home.
It's like sharing the pieces of our souls..
