This is my version of collage- but using vintage jewelry, coins, medals, drawer pulls, and found items. It’s like grandpa’s toolbox got a hold of grandma’s jewelry box- a bit of recycling with a blingy twist!
An otterhound is a strong working waterdog with a long, lovely coat. I chose the name because my pieces are strong yet still have a hint of luxury and whimsy.

I was born in SF and my grandmother had tons of fabulous jewelry and clothes from the 40s and 50s and some of the older, Edwardian and Victorian items from her mother etc. I got used to that type of styling. My family moved to Clearlake (small lake town in Northern California) when I was 9 (after she died) and our attic was filled with her stuff.
