Welcome to UnforgettaWool Felt Design!
I am the owner of Fair Season Farm located in Northeastern Connecticut, also known as the Quiet Corner. My daughter and I have been raising Romney sheep and participating in 4-H activities for the past 18 years. During the course of this great adventure, I have discovered many things about wool and how much fun it is to work with fiber. I have learned about, and subsequently been involved in, every stage of the "process", from shearing, skirting, carding, sewing, spinning, weaving, needle felting, wet felting, and most recently Nuno felting.
I love to dabble in different projects that excite my creativity.
My Nuno felted scarves are made from vintage, upcycled silk scarfs. The merino wool along with silk, bamboo and alpaca fibers add a wonderful soft texture and beauty to my one of a kind creations.
