About

Thank you for visiting Wicked Wench Designs! I have been a maker and seller of things for nearly 20 years-clothing, candles, baked goods, apothecary items, the list is long . I sat in that booth wearing a vintage silk dress, bloomers, smart little velvet jacket, and my hair pinned up with Afghani silver pieces. My husband looked at me and basically said "Why don't you make and sell things you would actually wear?"

So I did. Wicked Wench is all about vintage Pendleton, steam locomotives, sea chanties, faerie rings, mermaids, old west brothels, May West movies, dryads, Alice in Wonderland, Victorian ladies in waiting, and pirates.

You will find a little of everything in this store: bloomers made from vintage fabrics, Steampunk/Victorian collars, fingerless gloves made with handspun yarn, warm woodland hats, gorgeous feather/flower fascinators, punk rock skirts, vintage clothing, even the occasional box of de-stash notions or fabrics. I make everything in my little stone cottage in the woods or my newly built Steampunk studio (I love being married to a carpenter!). Please visit www.yarnarchy.wordpress.com to read my yarn blog, or I can also be found on Etsy at yarnarchy360 for handspun yarn or kitschenqueen for kitschy towels. Thank you!!
