Angelique Bochnak's Profile
I am a professional scientist by day but a writer, novelist, book fanatic, knitter, spinner, painter, and woodworker by night. Somewhere in there I am also a wife and mother of three.
I have been a knitter and crocheter for about 34 years (man I feel old...). I picked up dying and spinning yarn as a way to produce my own yarn and reduce my dependence on manufactured products (especially those from China). I am an environmentalist and I love all things from nature (except spiders) and I try to use enviro-friendly products whenever possible!
My love for wood working also started when I was a little girl watching my grandpa working in his shop. Over the years, I have worked to perfect my wood carving and wood turning craft.
Crafting for me is a true labor of love. Every handmade product I make takes hours…
