Julie Parisi's Profile
Ever since I could see over my grandmother's kitchen table, I would help her roll out pasta, put the ravioli off to the side waiting for the water to boil or help put the fresh mozzarella on top of the pizzas before they went into the oven. It was important to her to know what she was putting into her food. I believe it's even more important today. I believe in making products simply, the way they've been done for years. Tradition is important to Zaza's Pastas and our goal is to give you the best darn traditional Italian pastas and specialties you've ever had!
