I received a damaged cutter and reached out to the seller. They had a replacement in the mail within a few days and it arrived so quickly. I was so surprised to find several extra goodies in my package. Definitely love these cutters and have purchased several times with this being the first time I’ve had an issue with 1 of my many cutters. They made it right. Highly recommend these cutters and this shop for going above and beyond!

This will no doubt work wonderfully as a cutter. It is very difficult to get out of they clay once it is pressed in. Well undoubtedly work better on flatter forms like bowls and plates.
