INSTRUCTIONS FOR BREWING:

* Water Temperature: 176°F - 80°C (Bring the water to a boil, allow the water to cool down before pouring over the leaves. Wait approximately 60 seconds before pouring over the leaves.)

* Leaf to Water Ratio: 1 tablespoon tea per 8 oz (235 ml) water

* Brew Time: 3-4 minutes (1st infusion), 5-6 minutes (2nd infusion)
