Our favorite are the letters stitched with tiny floral patterns & herringbone patterns

condition:
In lovely condition. This is a very rustic piece, stitched on homespun linen. There is some darker coloration in the thread ( seems to be a natural coloring in the thread ) on the upper case letter F just below the center of the sampler, and a few missing threads between the upper case M and N in that same section of letters, and two other smaller spots with broken threads. See detail photos in listing images
The frame is not original to the piece. The paper backing is ripped. We would recommend replacing the old matte board behind the sampler textile, with an acid free archival matte board to prolong & preserve the integrity of the textile
measurements:
Outside dimensions of frame: 18.75" l x 11 5/8" w
Textile: 15.25" x 7.75"
